The Royal Air Force (RAF)'s Red Arrows aerobatic team made flypasts over the city centres of Kuala Lumpur and Singapore today on 18 October as part of its Asia-Pacific & Middle East Tour 2016. The flypasts were originally scheduled for last week but were postponed twice due to adverse weather in the region. In Kuala Lumpur, the Red Arrows was to have conducted a formation flypast with a trio of RAF Typhoons from 1(Fighter) Squadron currently deployed at Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF) Butterworth for Exercise Bersama Lima 2016, but the Typhoons did so themselves on 14 October.
